These General Terms and Conditions regulate the electronic purchases you make through traitstore.com website (hereinafter, the "Store") and will be incorporated into your purchase contract (hereinafter, the "Agreement") when pressing the button "Make Payment" at the end of the Purchase Process, from that moment you are being obliged to comply with the stipulated therein.

5. Product's availability:
If at the time of shipping the order we detected that there is no stock of any of the products included in it, we would contact you to inform you of the impossibility of supplying that item and we would proceed to the payment of the corresponding amount. Once confirmed the purchase, the client can not modify or cancel the order outside the cases provided for in the law or these General Conditions.
All prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include VAT. In case of delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we will proceed to the refund of the VAT not being responsible for any additional costs of customs that may arise.
The shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. These shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery and will be charged to the customer in full. The total shipping costs will be known in the payment step of the Purchase Process.

The delivery takes place at the moment of receiving the address of the shipment. In home delivery it will be necessary for the receiver to sign the delivery note or document justifying the delivery of the order. The signature of the delivery note does not imply conformity and only serves to prove that delivery has occurred. It does not therefore affect your contractual rights or assume conformity with a product in bad conditions. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we request that in order to be able to process any incident related to the shipment of the merchandise we communicate within a period not exceeding 24 hours any incident related to the shipment, such as missing or lost any of the products purchased, damaged product, open merchandise, etc. Note that the signature of the delivery note is necessary to deliver the product so you must make sure that other people can receive the purchase on your behalf. traitstore.com does not accept any responsibility for the receive made by another person in its name without the proper authorization when said reception is carried out correctly in the place of delivery indicated.
Home delivery will take place from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
The delivery, at home or in store, entails the transmission of the risk and, consequently, that the deterioration of the products, loss or theft that can be produced from that moment are not the responsibility of traitstore.com.
traitstore.com does not accept postal addresses as valid addresses. In the event that the Contract includes a postal address, the contract will not be valid nor will it obligate traitstore.com to comply with it, which may nevertheless notify such circumstance and withdraw the charges made.
The approximate deadlines for delivery are as follows:
- Home delivery:
To peninsular territories of Spain and the Balearic Islands: 48/72 hours (working days).
To the rest of the world between 5 and 11 working days depending on the type of shipment.
Trait offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition (except specified items).
For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be the one which the customer has paid for the item. The amount to be returned will appear on the purchase receipt and not the price that the item had without promotion. In case you have used discount coupons in the purchase, please note that the value of the discount coupon will not be refunded.
All amounts that had previously been collected by Traitstore.com and that had to be returned to customers in accordance with the expected of this clause, will be paid, to the extent possible, through the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
The conditions established for the returns in this clause will be understood without prejudice of the imperative rights that the consumer has in accordance with the current legislation. Consequently, when the refund is made within the first 14 days from the time of delivery, the provisions of articles 68 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th will prevail over the provisions of this clause.

Traitstore.com will not be responsible for returns paid by the customer if they do not reach the store. The shipping costs of the items you wish to return, will be borne by you.
1.2- traitstore.com will not accept returns sent to freight unless the customer has a free return. Returned items will be carefully inspected. When the product is in perfect condition and with the inner labels the corresponding amount will be paid in the following 3-4 days since the reception day of the return in the same way that they were paid.
2. Returns of defective products:
By mail: To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic items when they are not in their original sealed wrapping.
2.2- Once we have received the item, Traitstore.com will proceed to carefully review the returned product. In the event that the article is defective we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 7 days after receipt of the article on traitstore.com. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. In all cases of return by default, shipping costs will be borne by traitstore.com.
This clause expectation for the return of defective products shall be understood without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the arranged in Chapter II, Title V, Book II of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th.
12. Force majeure or fortuitous event
traitstore.com will not be responsible for the total non-compliance, defective compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations under its responsibility that had their cause in some event of force majeure or fortuitous event. The term obligations that may exist shall be suspended in such cases during the entire period during which the situation of force majeure or unforeseen event is prolonged. The computation will be resumed once this circumstance of force majeure or unforeseen event disappears.

14. Contract integrity:
The present General Conditions of Purchase and any document referred to expressly therein (as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and properly accepted by you at the time of accepting the purchase thereof), constitute the whole of the Contract, substituting any other agreements or agreements that the parties could have agreed verbally or written prior to the conclusion of the Contract.

The Law applicable to the Contract shall be the Spanish Law without prejudice to the cases in which the laws of other States may become mandatory.
