Trait offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition.  


1. Returns:

To make returns by mail you must follow the following steps:

1.2- The return costs shipping will be borne by the customer.

3. Returns of defective products:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic items when they are not in their original sealed wrapping.

For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be the one which the customer has paid for the item. The amount to be returned will appear on the purchase receipt and not the price that the item had without promotion. In case you have used discount coupons in the purchase, please note that the value of the discount coupon will not be refunded.
